The staff were accommodating and friendly. The Bistro served delicious meals.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were really helpful and professional. The room was well-appointed with a tub, the bed was extremely comfy. Location: the hotel was very close to the cafe, the Regional airport, and restaurants and shopping. It also was in Tillmans Corner area.

Shower was fabulous and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

I cannot express how exasperated I was . We checked in on Thursday but not once did housekeeping clean our room over the four nights. When I complained, some of the staff brushed off my concerns as if I was the problem. This is unacceptable when you are paying for a service as basic as cleanliness!

The location was ideal for visiting nearby attractions like the Mobile Museum of Art and the Shoppes at Bel Air. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which featured a comfortable king bed and a sofa bed. The breakfast experience was pleasant, with a warm ambiance that made dining enjoyable, though I would have liked a few more options. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness, the overall stay was good, largely due to the supportive staff who were eager to assist us.

Enjoying the baby back ribs at the Bistro added a tasty highlight to the visit, though it would have been nice to have more dining options available. Unfortunately, the room assignment process was frustrating, with several mismatches regarding amenities and views, leading to significant inconvenience .

I was nearly impressed until i discovered no pool, despite its promisin advertising, and a giant rust stain in the tub that really woudl ve been gone had they cleaned! To top it off, i was overlooked for any sort of complimentary gesture upon housekeepings nonexistence. Such a shame, as my review was so close to being positive!

The staff was cute and paid great attention to detail-really appreciated the fresh coffee at the Bistro 🌟 My only wish is for more breakfast options next time. The amenities could use a bit of an upgrade!

The staff was attentive and even offered complimentary morning coffee from the Bistro due to our loyalty status. Their dedication to maintaining a high level of cleanliness was evident, with staff consistently seen sanitizing the common areas.
